Amends TCA Title 16, Chapter 2.

This bill adds one additional circuit court each in the thirteenth, nineteenth, twenty-second, and twenty-third judicial districts and creates one additional chancery court in the nineteenth judicial district. Under present law, the thirteenth judicial district consists of the counties of Clay, Cumberland, Dekalb, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, and White. The nineteenth district consists of the counties of Montgomery and Robertson. The twenty-second judicial district consists of the counties of Giles, Lawrence, Maury, and Wayne. The twenty-third judicial district consists of the counties of Cheatham, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, and Stewart.
