Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 56, Part 2.

If Cumberland County establishes or continues to operate a previously established railroad authority, this bill requires that the county must have a board of directors consisting of three or five members, as determined by the county legislative body. If the board of directors consists of: (1) Three members, then the membership is composed of the county mayor or the mayor's designee and two members selected by the county legislative body; or (2) Five members, then the membership is composed of the county mayor or the mayor's designee; one member selected by the county mayor; and three members selected by the county legislative body.
