ON APRIL 11, 2022, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 2907, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 replaces this bill's provision stating that neither the public utility commission nor any other board or commission will have jurisdiction over the authority created by this bill with a provision making the authority subject to regulation by the water and wastewater financing board.
