ON FEBRUARY 23, 2023, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 29, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 revises this bill to authorize a state university and the University of Tennessee system to coordinate with a two-year institution governed by the board of regents for the two-year institution to provide remedial or developmental courses or coursework, regardless of whether the university offers remedial or developmental courses or coursework at present.<br />
