This bill clarifies that "qualifying full-time professional experience" includes law enforcement experience or service in any branch of the United States armed forces. <br /> <br /> ON APRIL 13, 2023, THE SENATE SUBSTITUTED HOUSE BILL 413 FOR SENATE BILL 495, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 413, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 removes service in any branch of the United States armed forces as qualifying full-time professional experience under this bill.<br />
