Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 1 and Title 37, Chapter 1.
This bill adds the following offenses to the list of offenses that constitute severe child abuse, for purposes of juvenile court proceedings and termination of parental rights proceedings, when committed against a child, or when a person knowingly fails to protect a child from the commission of such an act toward the child: sexual battery; aggravated sexual battery; sexual contact with a minor; sexual contact by an authority figure; indecent exposure; patronizing prostitution; continuous sexual abuse of a child; solicitation of a minor; soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor; exploitation of a minor by electronic means; promoting travel for prostitution; especially aggravated rape; especially aggravated rape of a child; and sexual exploitation of a minor.<br />
