Amends TCA Title 2 and Title 4.

Under present law, a person applying for a driver license who does not indicate whether the person also wants to register to vote using the same information as on the driver license application is presumed to have decided not to register to vote. This bill replaces the presumption with a requirement that a driver license applicant be registered to vote using the same information as on the driver license application, unless the applicant indicates that the applicant does not want to be registered to vote.<br />
