ON MARCH 23, 2023, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 1006, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill to authorize three- or four-wheel all-terrain vehicles, and three- or four-wheel off-highway vehicles, to be operated on the following:<br /> <br /> (1) State Route 154 from its intersection with Black House Mountain Road southward to its intersection with Laurel Creek Campground Road, then continuing on Laurel Creek Campground Road and ending at the campground, within the jurisdiction of Fentress County; and<br /> <br /> (2) State Route 297 beginning at its intersection with State Route 154 and ending at Station 11 of the Fentress County fire department, which segment is approximately eight-tenths of a mile in length, within the jurisdiction of Fentress County.<br />
