Amends TCA Title 11 and Title 70.

Present law requires the Tennessee fish and wildlife commission ("commission") to collect certain fees from nonresidents for the privilege of hunting, trip hunting, sport fishing, and trapping. The fees range from $5-$250.<br /> <br /> This bill provides, instead, that if a state that is contiguous to this state charges Tennessee residents a higher fee to hunt, fish, or trap, or conduct hunting, fishing, or trapping guide services, in the contiguous state than the fee that the contiguous state's residents pay for the same privilege in Tennessee, then the commission must increase the nonresident fee to an amount at least equal to the fee that the contiguous state charges Tennessee residents.<br />
