ON APRIL 13, 2023, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 1088, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 revises this bill to allow a local education agency (LEA) to be eligible for an infrastructure stipend for the 2023-2024 school year, if the LEA experienced average daily membership (ADM) growth in non-virtual schools exceeding two percent in the 2019-2020, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024 school years.<br />
