Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 1, Part 3.
ON MARCH 11, 2024, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND RESET SENATE BILL 1987, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 makes the following changes to the bill:<br /> <br /> (1) Provides that the official Christmas song, instead of holiday song, of this state is "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" by Brenda Lee; and<br /> <br /> (2) Requires the secretary of state to include the official Christmas song "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" by Brenda Lee in the Tennessee Blue Book.<br /> <br /> ON MARCH 18, 2024, THE SENATE SUBSTITUTED HOUSE BILL 1613 FOR SENATE BILL 1987, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #2, AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 1613, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #2 requires the secretary of state to include the official holiday song "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" by Brenda Lee in the Tennessee Blue Book.<br />
