Amends TCA Section 2-7-143 and Title 66, Chapter 27, Part 6.
As introduced, requires homeowners' associations (HOAs) to permit the display of the flag of the United States and the Tennessee state flag on a property owner's property if the flag is displayed on a flag pole or otherwise affixed to the real property or an improvement to such property; provides that an HOA cannot require approval of a flag pole or fixture used for the purpose of displaying such flags.
