HB2007113th GA (Historical)Introduced

Amends TCA Title 68.

Present law requires a tanning facility to have a trained attendant on duty whenever the facility is open for business. This bill deletes this provision and provides, instead, that a tanning facility must have a trained attendant on duty whenever the facility is open for business, unless the facility has a self-serving customer kiosk that allows customers to initiate the tanning process without the service of a trained attendant. This bill also authorizes tanning facilities to remain open for business 24 hours a day.<br />
