Amends TCA Title 2; Title 4; Title 8; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 47, Chapter 18.

This bill requires each department of the executive branch to develop a plan to prevent the malicious and unlawful use of artificial intelligence with respect to the operation of the department and its agencies and divisions, including such malicious and unlawful use against a person or entity regulated by the department or an agency or division of the department. In developing the plan, a department must develop a timeline to ensure the timely completion of the plan and the compilation and submission of a report pursuant to this bill. For the purposes of developing the plan, the department may collaborate with other departments, including an agency or division of another department, and law enforcement agencies. No later than January 1, 2025, this bill requires each department to report its plan, findings, and recommendations to each member of the general assembly.
