ON MARCH 11, 2024, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2356, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 rewrites the bill to require an applicant who resides 30 or more miles from a driver services center to be allowed to complete online any classroom training that is required as a prerequisite to obtaining a Class H or hardship license.
