Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
As introduced, prohibits the storage of a firearm or firearm ammunition in a motor vehicle unless the firearm or ammunition is not plainly observable when the owner is present in the vehicle or the firearm or ammunition is not plainly visible and inside a locked compartment when the owner is not present in the vehicle.
