This bill revises the description of Ober Gatlinburg for purposes of designating the facility as a premier type tourist resort and specifies that the entire designated premises is covered under one license. This bill further authorizes Ober Gatlinburg to obtain a caterer's license, grant franchise rights for all licenses it holds, and deliver alcoholic beverages to any area within the licensed premises of the facility.
