Amends TCA Title 41.
ON MARCH 13, 2023, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 452, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 exempts the application of this bill if the prisoner, at all times while not on the grounds of the county workhouse or jail, is supervised by an armed law enforcement or corrections officer; and remains in the direct eyesight of such officer.
