ON APRIL 5, 2023, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 782, AS AMENDED.<br /> <br /> AMENDMENT #1 rewrites this bill to increase the membership of the executive committee for the underground utility damage enforcement board from three to five members by adding two additional board members to the committee.<br />
