Amends TCA Title 9; Title 14; Title 29, Chapter 20 and Section 49-7-159, and Chapter 896 of the Public Acts of 2022.
This bill indefinitely extends provisions of present law, which are scheduled to expire July 1, 2023, concerning the following as they relate to COVID-19: vaccine mandates; offering and prescribing of monoclonal antibodies; requiring that disciplinary processes implemented by a health-related board regarding the dispensing or prescribing of medication for COVID-19 be promulgated as a rule; and liability.
