Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.

Under present law, if appropriate for the offense and if not already an essential element of the offense, the court is required to consider, but is not bound by, certain advisory factors in determining whether to enhance a defendant's sentence. This bill adds to the list of advisory factors in present law that the defendant committed the offense of aggravated assault, or attempted first degree murder, on the grounds or premises of a licensed hospital.
