Amends TCA Title 9; Title 14; Title 29; Title 38; Title 49; Title 50; Title 63; Title 68 and Chapter 896 of the Public Acts of 2022.
This bill indefinitely extends provisions of present law, which are scheduled to expire July 1, 2023, concerning the following as they relate to COVID-19: limitations on liability; proof of vaccination; face coverings; unemployment benefits; authority to quarantine; monoclonal antibodies; mature minor doctrine; physician conduct; anti-commandeering; and remedies.
