Amends TCA Title 40.
As enacted, allows a court to sentence a defendant convicted of two or more criminal offenses to consecutive sentences if the defendant is sentenced for criminal offenses involving more than one victim and the court finds that a separate consecutive sentence for each offense is in the interest of justice.
