Amends TCA Title 71.

This bill requires the bureau of TennCare to reimburse in-network dental services providers for a dental service provided to a TennCare recipient at a rate that is no less than the amount identified as the national median fee for that dental service according to the most recent survey of national dental fees by the American Dental Association’s Health Policy Institute, or a successor survey. This bill also provides that the bureau may reimburse out-of-network dental services providers for dental services provided to a TennCare recipient, subject to copayment or deductible requirements that may apply to the recipient.
