Amends Chapter 644 of the Private Acts of 1911; as amended.
Subject to local approval, authorizes, in the absence of the city attorney, any assistant city attorney to approve as to form all contracts, deeds, bonds, ordinances, resolutions, and other documents to be signed in the name of or made by or with the city.
