Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 39.
As enacted, requires the juvenile court to include in the disposition for a juvenile who has been found to have made a threat to commit mass violence on school property or at a school-related activity, in addition to any other disposition authorized by law, the suspension of the juvenile's driving privileges or ability to obtain a driver license for a period of one year.
