Amends TCA Section 8-25-115.
ON FEBRUARY 26, 2024, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2331, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 removes the requirement that, in any fiscal year, unexpended funds remaining after the payment of grant awards and expenses for the administration of the program do not revert to the general fund, but must carry forward into the next fiscal year for making payments consistent with the bill.
