ON MARCH 14, 2024, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2399, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 rewrites the bill to, instead, authorize the board for professional counselors, marital and family therapists, and clinical pastoral therapists to enter into a reciprocal agreement with any other state that licenses marital and family therapists.
