Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 6; Title 4, Chapter 6; Title 37; Title 38 and Title 41.
As introduced, requires the department, the department of children's services, the Tennessee council of juvenile and family court judges, and state and local law enforcement agencies to each submit a separate report to the general assembly listing all diversion and educational programs provided by the entity for justice-involved youth; requires the report to include program participation demographics and to be submitted to the general assembly by no later than July 1, 2024.
