As enacted, requires the department of human services to notify the department of safety that a child support obligor whose commercial driver license was suspended or revoked for noncompliance with a child support order is in reasonable compliance with the order when the obligor submits documentation that the support is being withheld from the obligor's income received from an employment position requiring the operation of a commercial motor vehicle; requires the license to be reinstated.
