Amends TCA Title 62 and Title 68.

Tennessee HB0373 amends the requirements for obtaining a tattoo artist license by allowing individuals licensed in another state for 10 years or more to qualify without meeting the three-year in-state licensing requirement. It also mandates that tattoo apprentices provide their signature on the state's apprenticeship completion application and clarifies that out-of-state artists can substitute proof of two years' experience for the examination requirement. Additionally, an amendment reduces the required training period in a certified shop from two years to one year under a licensed tattoo artist.
