Amends TCA Title 49.

Tennessee HB0738 expands the eligibility criteria for the Tennessee Promise scholarship to include institutions accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS) that are located in Tennessee. This change affects students seeking to enroll in NACCAS-accredited institutions for certificate, diploma, or credential programs, provided that the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation (TSAC) confirms no available enrollment slots at a local Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) for the desired program. The scholarship amount will align with that offered to students at the William R. Moore College of Technology.
