Tennessee HB1385 requires school support organizations and entities that represent themselves as such to submit an annual report detailing their receipts and expenditures to the Department of Education by July 1 each year. This requirement does not apply to booster clubs, parent teacher associations, parent teacher organizations, or parent teacher support associations. Additionally, the Department of Education is mandated to publish these reports on its website for a minimum of three years.
