Amends TCA Title 49; Title 53; Title 63 and Title 68.

The bill establishes protocols for the administration of these inhalers and provides liability protections for designated employees and prescribing practitioners acting in good faith. Additionally, it requires the state board of education to create rules for administering these inhalers in schools.
