Amends TCA Title 58 and Title 70.

Tennessee SB1140 amends existing laws to require the executive director of the wildlife resources agency to issue temporary group hunting event permits to not-for-profit organizations that provide free hunting experiences for veterans with service-connected disabilities. The permits, valid for up to seven days, must comply with all applicable laws, and participants are not responsible for any permit costs. The bill also allows the agency to collect necessary information to certify participants and authorizes the Tennessee fish and wildlife commission to create related rules.
