Amends TCA Title 49.

Tennessee SB1163 mandates that local education agencies (LEAs) and public charter schools incorporate at least two hours of evidence-based skills training into their behavior intervention training programs each school year, focusing on positive behavioral interventions and supports, conflict prevention, functional behavior assessments, de-escalation, and conflict management. This bill replaces the previous encouragement of such training with a requirement, ensuring that the training hours count towards in-service training requirements for educators.
