This ordinance authorizes the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to contract with the Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority to distribute an additional 2% of the 2026 Admissions Tax proceeds from the Facility Stabilization Fund. The funds, estimated at $870,000, are designated for infrastructure investment in Nationwide Arena. The ordinance also authorizes the appropriation and expenditure of these funds and declares an emergency.
