To approve the Memorandum of Understanding #2026-02 executed between representatives of the City of Columbus and Fraternal Order of Police, Capital City Lodge #9, which provides pay at double the straight time hourly rate for Police Officers, Police Sergeants, and Police Lieutenants who work voluntary scheduled overtime posted as 2026 City Special Operation, as provided in the attachment hereto; and to declare an emergency.
