AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING [$5,500] $6,250 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT FUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER: $5,000 FROM DISTRICT 24; [AND] $500 EACH FROM DISTRICTS 13 AND 2; AND $250 FROM DISTRICT 20; TO THE LOUISVILLE FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY FOR THE ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE COLLIDER PROGRAM AT THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL LIBRARY (AS AMENDED).

A motion was made by Committee Member Seum, seconded by Committee Member Lyninger, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Heather Blazis, District 24 Legislative Assistant, spoke to this item. A motion was made by Committee Member Herndon, seconded by Committee Member Lyninger, that this Ordinance be amended as follows: - add $500 from District 2 - add $250 from District 20 The motion carried by a voice vote for a new appropriated total of $6,250. The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business:
