The following vote was taken on the nominated candidates: Jodie Bell (20): Evans-Segall, Allen, Cortese, Parker, Capp, Benedict, Harrell, Evans, Gregg, Welsch, Vo, Cash, Kupin, Horton, Weiner, Druffel, Gadd, Ellis, Sepulveda, and Spain; Michael Robinson (8): Hill, Webb, Eslick, Huffman, Johnston, Nash, Benton, and Rutherford; David Jones (2): Taylor and Ewing; Mark Cole (1): Bradford; Leroy Ellis (0). The President declared that Jodie Bell was elected to fill the judicial vacancy.
