An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by cancelling a Planned Unit Development Overlay District on property located at 2360 Gallatin Pike, approximately 800 feet northwest of Cumberland Hills Drive (4.65 acres), zoned R10 and within a Planned Unit development Overlay District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 95P-029-001).
