An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from AR2A to SP zoning for properties located at 2334 Hobson Pike and Hobson Pike (unnumbered), approximately 808 feet west of Smith Springs Parkway (9.37 acres), to permit 105 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025SP-015-001).

Council Member Harrell moved that the bill be passed on second reading, which motion was seconded and approved by a voice vote of the Council. The bill is referred to the Planning and Zoning Committee.
