An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from R8 to RS10 zoning for various properties along Lathan Court, located south of Young Lane and north of the Cumberland River (3.7 acres), and within the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025Z-105PR-001).
