This bill proposes to amend the zoning ordinance by changing various zoning classifications to RM20-A-NS and RM40-A-NS for approximately 620.23 acres of property located south of Thompson Lane. The amendment affects multiple existing zoning categories including RS7.5, R8, RS10, RS5, R10, R8 A, R6 A, RM9 A NS, RM20, and RM20 A NS.
