An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RM6-NS and RS15 to RM15-A-NS zoning for properties located at 3821 Ashland City Highway, 3825 Ashland City Highway and 3825 #1-6 Ashland City Highway, approximately 225 feet southeast of Abernathy Road (1.26 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2024Z-114PR-001).
