An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from AR2a to SP zoning for property located at Old Hickory Boulevard (unnumbered), approximately 2,502 feet southwest of Harris Hills Lane, (25.44 Acres), to permit 52 single family lots and 50 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025SP-021-001).
