An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS10 to R10 zoning for the properties located at 1905 and 1907 Ashton Avenue, approximately 337 feet south of John Mallette Drive (0.48 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025Z-087PR-001).
