An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by amending a portion of a Planned Unit Development Overlay District to permit 120 multi-family residential units on property located at 201 Gifford Place, located at the corner of Gifford Place and Whites Creek Pike (3.11 acres), zoned CS and within a Planned Unit Development Overlay District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 61-77P-005).

Council Member Kimbrough moved that the bill be passed on second reading, which motion was properly seconded. Council Member Nash asked for a roll call vote to be taken, which motion was properly seconded. After discussion, Council Member Huffman called for the previous question, which motion was seconded and approved by a voice vote of the Council. The matter recurred on the motion to pass the bill on second reading, which motion was seconded and approved by the following roll call vote.
