An ordinance to authorize building material restrictions and requirements for BL2026-1345, a proposed Specific Plan Zoning District for property located at 3854 Abernathy Road, approximately 549 feet west of Clarksville Pike (8.48 acres) to permit 63 detached multi-family residential units with 9 accessory apartments, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026SP-003-001). THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
