An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by amending a Specific Plan for properties located at 900, 904, 910, 912, 914 and 916 8th Avenue South, and 901, 909, 911, 913, 915, 917, 919, 921, 923 and 925 Bass Street, approximately 240 feet south of Interstate 40 East, zoned SP (3.05 acres), to permit 365 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2019SP-016-003).
